Meadow Walk is a mixed-use community that features a vibrant village retail center anchored by a Whole Foods Market, 250-unit luxury apartments, a 60-unit active adult community and a 48-unit assisted living community. VHB’s extensive experience with the site allowed us to quickly identify issues and constraints and develop a permitting strategy to keep the development on track and meet critical milestones. VHB worked seamlessly with the development partners, Avalon Bay, Pulte Homes and Epoch Senior Living, to create a walkable community. The site design takes advantage of the natural landscape features and includes a public park and pond that connects to walking trails throughout the development.
